Custom Designs
What makes the jewelry from YOUnique Designs so special are the unique beads. However, sometimes the beads are available in limited quantities. Therefore, at times, I may be forced to make slight variations using comparable beads. I will do my very best to give you the design as pictured, but please allow for slight variations depending upon the piece. I will always communicate this to you before you purchase the design piece. Slight irregularities and variations in stone colors or inclusions are characteristic of the unique and fascinating charm of stones. Top quality precious metals like Vermeil Gold, Pink Gold, Platinum, 14K gold, etc. are available for all custom pieces upon request. Contact me with your designs ideas for a quote.

Payment Policy
When you agree to purchase my designs, you must also agree to complete payment within 10 days, or within a designated time consented by YOUnique Designs. YOUnique designs accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express and ProPay. We also accept YOUnique Designs gift certificates. We do not charge your credit card until the day we ship to you.
ProPay Buyers: Please check your address as I always ship to the ProPay reported address unless otherwise noted.

Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase from YOUnique Designs.  If, for any reason, your purchase is unsatisfactory, send the piece(s) back in saleable condition within 30 days with the original receipt, and let me know the reason for the return.  Your money will be refunded within two to four weeks following receipt as long as there no discrepancies. After 30 days, I can only give you a credit. All shipping fees are exclusive of this agreement. Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit.

Shipping Policy
Standard first class shipping rates apply within the United States. The cost to ship outside the U.S. is based on the weight of the package and the distance of the shipment. Providing your order item is available, we can expedite your shipment for an additional cost:  
Two-day service to most US destinations: $ 5.50
Overnight service to most US destinations: $16.25
Note: Overnight service is not guaranteed in all areas.
Your phone number is required for FedEx shipping.
Combined shipping may incur additional costs according to the weight of the added items.

If you wish to get information regarding our products, sale offers, special promotions, etc. We encourage you to join our mailing list, YOUnique Designs will only send regular emails to members on this list. Your email address and personally identifiable information will remain private. We will not share or sell your information to any company. You are not obliged to purchase anything to receive our emails.
